Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products unless the item received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but typically take 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For approved returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
